Polito, PC, in Washington in 2006, he was a senior litigator in the Washington law firm of Margolius, Mallios & Rider, L.L.P. In that position, he represented restaurants and other entities before state courts, the District of Columbia Alcohol Beverage Control Board, and Advisory Neighborhood Commissions.
